- Return Conditions
Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. We will not be able to process returns for orders older than 30 days.
Product Condition: Returned products must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, tags, and all accessories. Products with any signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.
Special Products: Some products are not eligible for returns. Please confirm the return policy for the specific product before purchasing. - Return Process
Contact Customer Support: If you would like to return an item, please contact Customer Support via email (maliarobinson@windwardwares.com) within the return period and provide your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Authorization: Customer Support will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return address. Please include the Return Authorization number in your return package and ensure that the product is packaged intact.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is a quality problem with the product or we sent the wrong product. During the return process, we recommend that you use a trackable courier service to ensure the safe arrival of the goods. - Refund Policy
Refund method: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be refunded through the original payment method, including credit card, debit card or PayPal.
Refund amount: If the returned goods meet the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount of the goods (excluding shipping costs). If you choose additional fees such as expedited delivery, these fees will not be refunded. - Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not provide direct exchange services. If you need to exchange the goods, we recommend that you apply for a return and re-purchase the required items. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the goods you received were damaged during transportation, or you received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a full refund or a free replacement item and cover the return shipping costs.
Return Time: If you find that the product is damaged or wrong, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so that we can process your return or exchange.
- Other Considerations
Sale Items: If the product is marked as “Final Sale” or has special promotion instructions, returns are generally not accepted.
Multiple Items: If you purchase multiple items and some of the items are eligible for return, we can only refund the amount of the items that are eligible for return.
